Master slave feature

Hello,

Recently we started to use the Master/Slave feature in OTRS. If we add a note or send an email from the master ticket, all the slave tickets will also receive the note and the email. Is it possible to turn this off? If we send an email from a master ticket we dont want the slaves to receive the email aswell.

I believe you need review the option on sysconf / MasterSlave
and check
Core::MasterSlave
and MasterSlave::ForwardSlaves
