Hello OA! Great news!
Some suggestions from the outside.
1. Many of people have the habit to report bugs; right now it is not clear whether there is a central bugreport system, or there are multiple, or there aren't any. If you need help installing (I don't really think that you do), just tell us.
2. I would be nice to have a centralised page for those who want to install or upgrade, see changelog, etc. If you need help please tell us.
3. It would be useful to have a summary page about the separate companies, listing which company provides what services (like they support foreign companies as well for example), and what is their preferred contact method.
4. There are significant amount of tickets rejected by xxx, shall people collect and re-issue them? (In fact they have discontinued real support for community version years ago, even security errors were fixed half-heartedly.)
And thanks for stepping in!

Re: OTTER alliance suggestions
Hello Peter,
Thanks for showing so much interest in the alliance.
1. Issues and bugs can be reported on GitHub, see https://github.com/znuny/Znuny/issues
2. The main landing page is https://www.znuny.org/ and a (greater) documentation page will evolve on https://doc.znuny.org/
The framework for the docs is going to be open source and everyone will be able to help (WIP). Thanks for offering your support (it will be needed)!
3. All (current) companies offer services for the german speaking market and most also do for the international market. An English page with contact information is in the making.
4. Yes, please. That would help a lot!
Best regards
Emin from Efflux
