Hello,
We are using OTRS5.
Updates (note, reply etc) on a new ticket reflect instantly.
But the same action done on an old ticket (approx. 2 year old ticket) takes a minute to reflect on the ticket and sometimes even gives gateway timeout.
What could be the cause of this? DB indexing probably?
