Hello together,
after upgrading from otrs6.27 to znuny 6.5.4, I am finding the following line in the error log of the web server:
2023/11/27 09:41:47 [error] 34987#34987: *368137 open() "/usr/share/nginx/html/otrs/ data:image/png;base64,i ............ (2: No such file or directory), client: 188.1
I created the otrs dir - gave all permissions, but there seems to be no file generated - hence it is missing as stated.
I cannot locate the problem. Any help appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: Missing image reported in web server log
Hi, is it possible you forgot to migrate your logo, and now the system configuration is trying to load a file which does not exist. It's really limited information. Depending on the log frequency, you may be able to locate the client trying to access the file, and find out what they are attempting to view. It feels like you're looking at a hard-coded resource, like in a template.
