[SOLVED] error "Message: Need ID or Name!" each 4 minutes

Post by rodolfor »

Hi all.
After updating to 6.5.8 I get this error, each 4 minutes:

ERROR: OTRS-otrs.Daemon.pl - Daemon Kernel::System::Daemon::DaemonModules::SchedulerTaskWorker-73 Perl: 5.30.0 OS: linux Time: Tue May 7 14:04:09 2024

Message: Need ID or Name!

Traceback (552033):
Module: Kernel::System::State::StateGet Line: 151
Module: Kernel::System::Ticket::TicketSearch::TicketSearch Line: 678
Module: Kernel::System::Ticket::RebuildEscalationIndex Line: 956

Module: Kernel::System::Daemon::DaemonModules::SchedulerTaskWorker::Cron::Run Line: 122
Module: Kernel::System::Daemon::DaemonModules::SchedulerTaskWorker::Run Line: 236
Module: (eval) Line: 332
Module: main::Start Line: 332
Module: bin/otrs.Daemon.pl Line: 153

Could be a state no longer exists (or renamed)? But how can I find it?

Thanks

Hi,

I would start by exporting the system configuration and searching for the term 'State'. This might show you all the places where states are used and where you have a changed value.
