OTRS - Manager

I am using OTRS - Manager 0.6.1 to generate reports. I am noticing that OTRS - Manager is not picking up all tickets, there seems to be some queues it is not using. Any ideas ?

Perhaps there was a bug, try actual version: http://sourceforge.net/projects/otrs-manager/files/
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
