Hi,
Is it possible to add a form for adding notes on the ticket zoom page below all the articles and notes?
OTRS 2.4.7 on CentOS 5.5 with MySQL 5.0.77, Apache2

only if you change the Template and Module for the Ticket Zoom
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
