I have to implement change management in a way that, when an aproval reaches it's final state, 3 diferent "persons" are notified.
One is the change manager(default notification). No problem with this.
The other two are more complicated. One of them varies with each change, and this one is the bigger problem.
The last one is a mailing list. I can't add the second case to the mailing list.
I've been working around this situation since yesterday... ran multiple tests, using the CAB, using conditions/actions, but the problem is that if I create workorders for that, they will generate at least 2 notifications, when defining workorder agent, and notification when the workorder is closed, and this way I have to change the state machine to allow this. Not a good idea because the state machine is the same for other kind of workorders. We would allow it but, the big issue is sending only one mail to each mailbox.
With the cab the problem is the same... because it work on the changelevel... it notifies more people than the ones we want and generates even more mails.
These were my tries and have no more ideas for this right now.
