Missing records, or incomplete database upgrade 2.4 to 3.0

After cloning my 2.4 otrs into a new VM and upgrading by using the RPM method (fedora), the system comes up apparently keeping all my config, but some It only shows old DB records including my user list. In the following output I`m showing my user list in both systems.
Why am I not getting all my data and how car I restore my 24. DB into a 3.0 system? Is there any DBUpgrade log file? I think I probably lost my complete DB during the upgrade.
