Hello!
We use OTRS 3.2.8. with Windows Server 2008 R2 + IIS + MS SQL.

How can we upgrade to current version OTRS 3.3.9 in a best way ?

Sorry but I found Linux instructions only.
OTRS 3.2.8 on Windows Server 2008 R2 + MS SQL 2008 R2 Database and IIS.
