The only way it is use a help desk ticket?

When we are working on a project, sometimes we need to ask some questions to our users. To register it we need to use an e-mail. We would do it directly on ITSM. If not we have to write the e-mail and then we have to paste the e-mail on work order report to have constancy.

Do you really need the text in the workorder? I would create an email ticket and link that ticket to the workorder. So in workorder zoom you get a list of tickets that are related to the workorder...
