CMDB $(...).tabs is not a function
Hi,
I just installed OTRS 3.3.5 with KIXCore 3.0.0 KIX4OTRS 6.0.2 and I got a weird bug when zooming on a ConfigItem in our CMDB.
$(...).tabs is not a function when in Firefox
AND
Object [object Object] has no method 'tabs' in other browsers.
Tried the solution here viewtopic.php?f=62&t=21875&p=93614&hilit=tabs#p86545 without success.
Server setup is RedHat with Apache.
Anyone else had this issue or can give me an hand to fix it? Im really green with OTRS

Re: CMDB $(...).tabs is not a function
I have the same problem with OTRS 3.3.6 and KIX4OTRS 6.0.3 and KIXCore 3.0.1.
¿Any idea?

Hello, i've got the same errors, the version of OTRS is 3.3.8 ; version of ITSM 3.3.8 ; KIX4OTRS 6.0.7
My server is running under Linux server REDHAT Entreprise 6.5 and Apache.
Is there any one of you found a solution to make it works.

Consult Kix4OTRS vendor for assistance.

Re: CMDB $(...).tabs is not a function
Same problem here. Any news on this Issue?
Re: CMDB $(...).tabs is not a function
I have an open call with KiX. We have tried a few things without success.
If you log a support call with them it may make them realize that the problem is more widespread and therefore they may commit more resource to resolve. Alternatively I will post any solution as and when I get it.
Cheers,
Brendan

[SOLVED] - CMDB $(...).tabs is not a function
Issue fixed. Kuxos to KIX support for this one. Dont know how it got changed but I just had to reset:
Frontend::Module###AgentITSMConfigItemZoom (group: KIX4OTRS-ITSM subcategory: Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration)
back to defaults. Someone or something had changed this setting and it was causing the error.

Re: CMDB $(...).tabs is not a function
On my system I can't find an entry:
Frontend::Module###AgentITSMConfigItemZoom
in KIX4OTRS-ITSM -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration.
I'm using the SysConfig UI in OTRS Admin. How can I add this entry and what are the correct values?
I can find the entry in ITSM Configuration Management -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration, but this seems to be the wrong (or default) place.
Should these entry's be copied to KIX4OTRS-ITSM somehow?
Would be nice to have this issue fixed, cause it prevents me to use KIX4OTRS. Please give a bit more description to get me going.
Thank you

Re: CMDB $(...).tabs is not a function
You are correct, the option appears to have disappeared for me too. I have updated to a newer version of KiX4OTRS since I had this problem.
I suggest contacting KIX support about it, they were quite helpful when I got in touch.

Re: CMDB $(...).tabs is not a function
I got support from C.A.P.E IT and they helped me solving the problem.
One of these SysConfig-Items should exist:
Frontend::Module###AgentITSMConfigItemZoom (under: ITSM Configuration Management -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration)
Frontend::Module###AgentITSMConfigItemZoom (under: KIX4OTRS-ITSM -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration)
On my system, it was the first one. After setting this entry back to default with the button in the headline I could open CI's in the CMDB without an error.
Thanks again to retro2707 for his clue.
