Hi Ma'am,
Pls. help me. I have 2 OTRS. OTRS1 version 3.3 and OTRS2 version 5.10. Here's is the problem. How can I send ticket from OTRS1 (ticket01) to OTRS2 and once ticket01 is updated in OTRS1 it will also update OTRS2.

Hm, you could (but I think that might have side effects) set the same TicketHook and SystemID on both systems.
Then add a Bcc address in Framework → Core::Sendmail -> SendmailBcc
Then add a Bcc address in Framework → Core::Sendmail -> SendmailBcc

The tickets are synced? So if OTRS1 sends to OTRS2 , there has to be of course a ticket with that number.
