New types of Decision

Hi to everyone,


I would like to add new types of Decision.

Currently exist : Approved, Pending, Postponed, Pre-approved and Rejected

I would like to add another types. Is it possible?

For Changes?

Navigate in the admin overview to general catalogue, there edit the entry:
ITSM::CHANGEMANAGEMENT::CHANGE::STATE

To use the states, you also have to add rules in the state machine so that there are valid transitions between the states.

Exactly, I need to add new type of decicions in the ITSM (Changes)

How to add the rules that you as refer?

Go to admin -> State machine -> add new rule for change::state.

It has only two fields to fille (from -> to) and describes valid transitions you can implement in your changes.

I am seeing the fields of ITSM::CHANGEMANAGEMENT::CHANGE::STATE and I think is not the same that I need.

I see in the General Catalog exists more state than showed in the Ticket "Decision".

I need only add more posible "result of the decision" inside the Ticket.
