In TimeAccounting, entering the "Summary" Menu and then editing a date or entering the "Edit" Menu.
The menu bar disappears (see image), from what I see this happens when entering AgentTimeAccountingEdit

Check the settings "TimeAccounting::MaxIntervalOfIncompleteDays" & "TimeAccounting::DefaultUserDateStart".
