New ticket - change "From" field to company name

Hi
I am a networking person looking to implement OTRS, so minimal programming know-how.

I have a simple requirement, that when creating a "new ticket" , the "FROM" field is linked to the "first_name" in the customer_user table, rather than the "email".
I have tried looking through FAQ's, HOWTO's and forum, but can't seem to find anything.
Opening the "AgentTicketPhone.dtl" , I have found the area where the area where the entries are controlled, but have no idea how to make them change.

Any help would be appreciated

I don't think it is... when I start typing in the company domain name of an email address, I get the customer.

Ie. bob@domain.com

If I start typing in 'domain' then I get the dropdown for bob@domain.com...

Is that what you were after? :)

PS. You are probably looking for OTRS/Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketPhone.pm?
