Hi, I'm new on OTRS.

I have some kind of problems: one day it's working - another day NOT.
I'm on Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bis.

- I have no message on My Board, but the graphic and queues working!
- Then I want to close my ticket I have this message: Invalid version format (non-numeric data) at c:/OTRS/OTRS//Kernel/System/Log.pm line 160.
- Then my client would like to create a new ticket on his web interface, he has a message:

Erreur: Need TicketID!

- Then my client creates a new ticket on his interface - he gets an automatic message but I do not receive the notification and nothing on my board?

All of email settings was done and was working properly some couple of time.
