Dear OTRS community,
i would like to ask here, how customer can check / control his SLA when he submits new tickets in OTRS system? Thank you and sorry if this isn't right place for this question, or it has been already mentioned somewhere else.

Services are attached to customers.
SLAs are attached to services.
SLAs are also attached to queues, but the service SLA wins.
For a customer to select the SLA, she must first select a service, and the SLA attached to the service will be available.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
