Some one can tell me how use the ticket Type? how i use it?

hello all,
I saw that you can use the ticket type, want to know how to be used and its limitations.

For example, I currently use 4 queues (network, software, hardware, computers).
I would be OK to use types to streamline the code, making a single queue with 4 types of tickets, what are the differences? that I have limits?
