I have added a new Notification Event for the customer.. but nothing happened.
Config Daten:
Event: ArticleCreate
Contact: Customer
Articletype: Email extern, Note extern
any ideas?

Yes, check if it's valid.
Check the logs if it ran.
Describe what you are intending to accomplish. Especially, why would you need to notify the customer of an article that was created to notify the customer?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
