How to hide Priority from AGENT interface? [Solved]
I'm using OTRS 3.0.7
I tried to hide it from the DTL file on Kernel\Output\HTML\Standard, but it gave me an error: need ticket ID.
From SYSCONFIG I couldn't find a way to hide it. (Only for the costumer interface)
I just want it to not to show on the costumer interface or deactivate it completly. Anyway will do.
Any Ideas??

Priority is required. If you want to hide it, change the dtl for the field to input type hidden.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Re: How to hide Priority from AGENT interface?
Thanks man..
I'm sorry but I can't find the string to hide it. I found this
and changed the value from 0 to 1 but it didn't work so I think I'm not on the right track

Pick a screen you don't want to see priority. Tell us what it is. Edit the dtl for that screen.

Re: How to hide Priority from AGENT interface?
The .dtls for that screens are
Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentTicketPhone.dtl
Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentTicketEmail.dtl
There you'll find
You should wrap it in a Simply making it an "input type='hidden'" is not enough because some JavaScript code assume "PriorityID" field is a drop down...
Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentTicketPhone.dtl
Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentTicketEmail.dtl
There you'll find
Code: Select all
$Text{"Priority"}:

$Data{"PriorityStrg"}

Code: Select all
