(SOLVED) How to fix CustomerInformationCenter?

Post by bayerex »

Hi all,

Just finished installing 3.2.7 and one thing that's not working is the link to the Customer Information Center. It doesn't respond at all from the dropdown menu.

It could be something to do with me using an upgraded database (was 3.1.6) and imported Sysconfig/Settings file as I had to correct some other options afterwards jowever I can't find any solution for this problem.
I've checked already that it's activated in Framework -> CustomerInformationCenter

How can I fix this?

Many thanks for your suggestions.

Hi!
I had a similar problem after upgrading from 3.1.x to 3.2.1.
It turned out that the reason was that I turned off the display of the Company Tickets in customer interface and menu item Clients in the agent interface for some groups of agents. They had to return to the default values. After that, everything start working as it should. Then returned back to these settings. :shock: :?

I still haven't been able to resolve this. Could you expand a bit exactly what sysconfig you need to correct? thanks

If you did not do with the old system I have mentioned changes, then your reason is different.

After installing a clean 3.2.7 instance elsewhere and comparing Sysconfig ->Framework -> Core::Web I found Core.Agent.CustomerInformationCenterSearch.js was missing from
Loader::Agent::CommonJS###000-Framework

Restored this entry. Now CustomerInformationCenter is working fine. Yet another consequence of importing the settings file from a older version (3.1.6) which I wanted to upgrade from :(
