Hello. I'm [re]defining CI's.
Hardware CI's would be much better in my case if i could have a owner or user field that came from my LDAP, cause every hardware here is assigned to a user(laptops) or a group like CIO's (servers and others).
Is this possible? How? I'm not a programmer, sorry, so be as explicit as you can.
Regards.
Thanks in advanced.
Field from LDAP in CI's. Possible?

I really don´t know if its programmable but why you don`t use the existing Field to add the owner?
OTRS 3.2.9 auf Ubuntu 12.4

That would make me make changes whenever a person enters or leaves the company. With ldap, we keep all users, but in diferent states. And that way, i only do it once. I don't mind using that field, as long as I could map it to get that data from the ldap.
