I am in the process of esditing the Keys for a new dashboard queue for billable tickets. The key I am editing is Attributes. I am trying to "filter" out ticket that contain 2 unique qualities:
1) StateType=new
2) Service = Billable or Billable-Scheduled
I can get 1 to work easily using the StateType attribute. One the other hand, Service is not a valid attribute, and will not give me tickets with the Billable or Billable-Scheduled attribute. My queue is full of only tickets that are opened. With this being said, it feels like I am not using the correct attribute to find these types of tickets. I have used Service and ServiceType, both to no success. Is there a set list of attributes that can be used in this field?

It is called "Services". You can use all parameters that are allowed for a TicketSearch (see Method TicketSearch in http://otrs.perl-services.de/docs/otrs/ ... earch.html)

On the future version 3.3 it seems the dashboard will be customized and it will apply filters.
