Automatic unlock ticket failed.

Hi,

i have set the unlock timout ok the queue to 10mn.
But after 10mn ticket il steel locked.

I have read the automated unlocked documentation.

Tickets will be unlocked if all of the following conditions are met:

There is an unlock timeout defined for the queue the ticket is in. ==> 10mn
The ticket is set to locked. ==> Yes
The ticket state is open. ==> Yes

But i have not found the cron job : The module bin/otrs.UnlockTickets.pl, which is executed periodically as a cron job, performs the automated unlocking of tickets.

OTRS 3.3.6 + mysql

It is working fine for everybody ?
