Restict ticket type at closure

Hello all,

We have a ticket type *TBD* we use to classify issues where the type is not yet known, I need to restrict that the ticket cannot be type *TBD* when solved. Can any one advise on the best way to achieve this.

Well you could create an ACL that filters for all tickets of type "*TBD*" and disallow closed (or pending auto close) states.
