Fetching mail with starttls on Exchange server

Post by nltui »

OTRS 5.0.6

I'm having trouble getting OTRS to connect to our Exchange server, which only allows connecting with starttls on port 143.

I get the following if I set IMAPTLS for my mail account:

Message: IMAPTLS: Can't connect to imap.myserver.com: 2 NO LOGIN failed.

RemoteAddress: 130.126.126.110
RequestURI: /otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminMailAccount;Subaction=Run;ID=5;ChallengeToken=ZNsqCvbtJTuNNiQaQ1MlddLDH5Ktc6Jk;

Any luck with imaps? Oh, wait, that's not it.. It looks like it connects, but maybe your mail account settings are off?

Have you tried user@domain.local and server.domain.local as user and servername?
OTRS 6.0.x on CentOS 7 with a PostgreSQL database.
