How to remove spam ticket in otrs?

Move them to the Junk queue and delete all tickets in that queue with a GenericAgent...

I know that. But want to something like that: When I get a new ticket in OTRS who is Spam, then this Ticket is removed automatically.

OTRS itself cannot detect spam mails, it's difficult and better left to specialized programs.

The best solution is to improve the spam filter you use on your mail server and stop those mails from even reaching your mailbox.

If you can't or won't do this you can enable spamassasin on the OTRS application server. This guide is quite old but should still work: https://huntingbears.nl/2014/12/18/sort ... n-in-otrs/

Depending on how much mails/spam you get this might slow your server down a bit.

The "filtrage" is done in your AntiSPAM software, not in OTRS. So, you'll have to go to your AntiSPAM's forums to ask that. We can't make it here because every AntiSPAM software is unique and we can't know them all.

Now, if you don't even have an AntiSPAM solution, then you have bigger problems to worry about - your OTRS Junk queue is the least of your concerns right now.
