Hi guys,
I use the OTRS 6.0.29. I have create some dynamic fields type ticket. I want to add this fields in status view as columns. I have change the system configuration in Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketStatusView###DefaultColumns and i have add the dynamic fields like DynamicField_NameOfDynamicField. In status view from the settings i have dropped the column to visible columns but not showing. It's some OTRS bug? Can anyone help me?
