Process management issues

I am encountering a few issues.

Firstly, notifications that I have set up are missing some information.

Secondary notification is missing the following:
Which user was affected: _____
What was the wave number: _____

Notification back to the user is not showing the "What was the wave number:" it should have displayed 12345 instead of "-"

Secondly, in the process management, I have taken the following actions but they are not showing on notifications.

I attempted to update the 'CustomerSubject' from a 'DynamicField', but it did not update.
I successfully updated some 'DynamicFields' with values from other 'DynamicFields'. However, while some values are reflected in the notification, others are not.
