Turn off function reply all

Hello for all,

I have question, about regarding functionality in the ticket. I added an answer - empty answer, everything works. But I would need to turn off the reply all function. Do you think this is realistic?

Hi,

actually you can turn it off via ACL AFAIK.

But why disable mail functionality?

Hi,

There is no configuration for this since it part of AgentTicketCompose and only shown if there are more than one recipient. What's the use case for disabling this? Maybe it can be achieved in another way.
