Hi,
I have loop protection logs that are building up every day - what exactly is loop protection?
My understanding was that it protects the system from getting into an endless loops of auto-responses. Looking at my logs, every person that ever creates a new ticket via email is added to a loop protection log. None of these people have "out of office replies" or any other sort of auto response, so I don;t see why loop protection would be needed here.
It would really help a lot if someone could explain exactly what loop protection does - I have no idea why I get so many loop protection logs...
