Moving to new queue - owner remains the same

Moving to new queue - owner remains the same
When a ticket is moved into a different queue, the owner remains the same; Is there a way the action of moving the ticket can revert the ownership back to the default ticket owner (or at least to an agent that works on that queue), or would that be bypassing a deliberate part of the design?

Agents own the tickets, thought the ticket can be unlocked upon changing queue.

Is there a way locking the ticket can also change the owner (to whoever locked the ticket)?

The agent that clicks "lock" on a ticket is now the owner, I believe.
