OTRS not loading CSS and Javascript files

I have installed OTRS on windows 7 and configured it with eclipse. When i ran Debug configuration, OTRS index page has been loaded in the browser BUT NO CSS AND JAVASCRIPT. Browser is showing this warning:

NOTE: When i run OTRS with directly with OTRS agent interface shortcut, it runs fine, problem is when i run it with eclipse debug configuration

I have searched this forum and found some similar posts, but no on has solved my problem....
I have tried running these files,

"perl $OTRS_PATH/bin/otrs.DeleteCache.pl
perl $OTRS_PATH/bin/otrs.LoaderCache.pl"

but no result...............!!!!

This path is wrong. It should result in C:\otrs\OTRS\var\httpd\htdocs\skins\Agent\default\img\logo_bg.png So you should check how you can configure Eclipse to provide the correct path.

What is the "eclipse debug configuration". You should provide more information about how you configured eclipse.

i have followed these steps in configuring eclipse:
1. downloaded eclipse.
2. installed epic plugin
3. File -> New -> Project Perl, in the next dialog box to set the Project name to OTRS, removed the check from Use default location and set the Location field with the path C: \OTRS \ OTRS.
4. in Eclipse created a new Debug Configuration in the following way:
- Activated the menu item Run -> Debug Configurations;
- In the Main tab of the dialog box, set the name of the configuration (eg OTRS) and select the project you just created OTRS;
- In the Web Server tab set the fields HTML Root Directory and CGI Root Directory with the path C: \ OTRS \ OTRS \ bin \ cgi-bin and the field Startup HTML File with the pathname C: \ OTRS \ OTRS \ bin \ cgi-bin \ index.pl;

then i ran this configuation, the login page opened in the browser with the following URL:
http://localhost:5034/index.pl

NOte: "When i directly open OTRS with the url 'http://localhost/otrs/index.pl' it opens fine, but i want to open it with eclipse debug configuration in order to debug it"

The directory I mentioned *is* the HTML document root. If that doesn't work with eclipse, you might have to change some other settings (Maybe you can/have to define an alias)...

With the previous settings which i mentioned earlier, there wasnt any error, except CSS and JS were not loading

I don't know how (better) to answer your question. If you're reliant on an IDE to provide you with the answer, and can't figure this out by browsing folders or grep or perldoc or the documentation I've previous linked to, or searching the forums, or asking the specific question related to a change you're trying to make, but rather relying on the quirkiness of a glorified text editor to provide you with those answers, you're looking at the wrong end of the stick.

If the tool isn't working for you, it's time to find a different tool.
