free text field for one queue

i want to use a free text for only one queue,is it possible?
if yes then please explain, how we can do this

actually i want to create a form in admin area(SysConfig) of otrs which is in attachment.
see the attachment





if checkbox is enable then respected queue will have a free text field

a solution for this is behind the possibilities of the readers here, because this is no commercial support forum but a community support forum where everyone answers in his spare time, sorry :(

I have the idea that you create a free field for all queues but restrict it by using the ACL features (please searcg for OTRS and ACL) butI don't know if this will work.

Otherwise you would need to develop it yourself or order it from an OTS developer. Again sorry, your wish is too big.
