Where is the phoneTicket File.
What I want to do is change the owner of the ticket for each ticket created. Currently when I create a phone ticket the owner of the ticket is the person who created it (even tho is not locked). What I wanna do is make the owner of the ticket the default account. Where is the file for phone tickets located?

thats not so simple to do.
You can set another owner on ticket creation, but the ticket will be locked to this agent. If you are not setting a specific agent the ticket is not locked, so there is no need to assign it to system user, as all agents will see the ticket and can work on it
