Ayuda con Portal para Cliente !

Hola

Soy nuevo en otrs y estoy teniendo problemas con el portal del cliente... cada vez que pongo en la barra de search http:// /otrs/customer.pl me sale un error y no sube la pag .. en cambio el url para la pagina publica si sale.. no se que mas puedo hacer para areglar este problema. Me podrian desir que tengo q cambiar o areglar para que la pagina funcione?

Perdona pero no te entiendo, que quieres decir con que no te muestra el frontal customer en el search?

No deja entrar a los clientes para que puedan mandar sus tickets ... Que puedo hacer al respecto

-Revisa que estes poniendo bien la ruta del sitio web.

-Comprueba los permisos sobre el directorio /otrs/bin/cgi, si no los ves con el usuario de otrs y grupo del web-server; ejecuta el script /otrs/bin/otrs.SetPermission.pl siguiendo la explicacion que te viene en el fichero /otrs/INSTALL.

The last step to prepare the installation of OTRS is to set the proper access rights for the files. You can use the script otrs.SetPermissions.pl, which is located in the bin directory, in the home directory of the 'otrs' user. You can execute the script with the following parameters:

otrs.SetPermissions.pl { Home directory of the OTRS user } { --otrs-user= OTRS user } { --web-user= Web server user } [ --otrs-group= Group of the OTRS user ] [ --web-group= Group of the web server user ]

If your web server is running with the same user rights as user 'otrs', the command to set the proper access rights is otrs.SetPermissions.pl /opt/otrs --otrs-user=otrs --web-user=otrs. On SUSE systems the web server is running with the user rights of 'wwwrun'. On Debian-based systems this is 'www-data'. You would use the command otrs.SetPermissions.pl /opt/otrs --otrs-user=otrs --web-user=wwwrun --otrs-group=nogroup --web-group=www to set the proper access rights.

-Echa un vistazo al otrs.conf dentro de la configuracion del web-server por si no estuviera bien especificada la ruta del cgi del customer (por defecto la ruta del cgi estan en /otrs/bin/cgi/ ).
