Hi
I've created some new agents, but they don't appear in the Agent Management screen. I can only find them by searching?
Thanks

And you don't see them in AdminUser? Do you have a screenshot of the screen where it's missing?MattRhenus wrote: ↑20 Sep 2024, 11:24 Hi

Re: New Agents
Hi,
Just search for them. The issues are that only the initial 400 are shown and most of them are invalid (and just hidden).

Is it possible to filter the list or run a report to see all "Valid" users?

this can be achieved through an SQL query as follows:
Admin -> SQL Box -> SELECT * FROM users WHERE valid_id=1
