Post by hugolg7904 »

Hello,
I want know if is possible change the priority order, I mean Now I have "5 Very High, 4 High, 3..." and I want to change for "1 Very High, 2 High, 3..."
And also I know that I need change the Impact and Criticaly too. I was checking but I think that this values are in the Application code, so Its not a easy change.
My question is, Someone Already did?

Yes, what alexus said: Just rename them, but remember if you rename the default priority (3 - Normal), you'll need to adjust that in sysconfig or else you won't receive tickets.

I absolutely agree. I`d recommend search matching "3-normal' in SysConfig and in Defaults.pm and Config.pm. Also if you change the order, the Priority "3-normal" will remain the same anyway :D !

Hi,
I already renamed the values of Priority and the table Criticality <-> Impact <-> Priority
with Values: 5 Very Low, 4 Low, 3 normal, 2 high and 1 Very high

But the values in table Category <-> Impact <-> Priority
Still are in 1 Very Low, 2 Low, 3 normal, 4 high and 5 Very high,

Can I rename or change the vales of Category?, and to be according with the values of Criticality

I will appreciate your help
