I want to disable the idle timeout for the web interface can someone help me? I am running windows version 3.0.4

Oh I messed thing up now. I set the time out to 0 thinking that would shut it off but it didn't I found the line in the framework.xml where it is controlled but i can't get the syntax right.

So the setting in the XML file are fine but i still can't log in its keep telling my i have timed out is there someplace else another file where that setting can be edited?

I found it just incase you want to know it is the ZZZAuto.pm the path is c:\program files\OTRS\OTRS\Kernel\Config\Files
