Hello

I need to fill a dynamic field with the contents of an active database directory. This field is used to select a person's name for a form in a process ticket.

Can you tell me how to proceed?

I have the admin account of origin, a user account for me and one for my colleague.

In fact all tickets assigned to me and therefore none of my colleagues do not see these tickets.

I wish they arrive without assigned and that everyone can see and take.

New tickets will not appear in the list

Hello

When a new ticket is created after receiving an email, it is automatically asigné one of my agents.

Therefore it does not appear in the list of "new tickets".

How can I solve this?
