New tickets will not appear in the list

Hello

When a new ticket is created after receiving an email, it is automatically asigné one of my agents.

Therefore it does not appear in the list of "new tickets".

How can I solve this?

Then it won't be one of your tickets.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

In fact all tickets assigned to me and therefore none of my colleagues do not see these tickets.

I wish they arrive without assigned and that everyone can see and take.

Normally, this would be the default case in stock OTRS.

did you renamed the Admin OTRS Account to yours? Did you delete it?

I have the admin account of origin, a user account for me and one for my colleague.
