Open new ticket by e-mail

I'm trying to open a new ticket by sending an e-mail but it's not working.
When I run the otrs.postmaster.pl script the following msg appears:

Message: Need OldTicketData in Data!

how did you run the PostMaster.pl? What did you change on sysconfig and/or code?

I ran the script like manual sais: "cat ../doc/sample_mails/test-email-1.box | ./otrs.PostMaster.pl"
I added an e-mail address and a postmaster e-mail account in sysconfig, I did everything that is in manual.

the script as you run it will just create the testmail.

All other emails will be fetched by the PostmasterMailbox. pLease check the logs, the cronjobs etc
