[SOLVED] Customer users access to all customer tickets

Hi,
customers users want to have access to all tickets, which are open for customers company. It can be only RO access to other customers users tickets, is this possible ?

Nobody answered, than it´s not possible ?

I didn't understand your question.

Do you mean
  • all customer users should have at least ro access to at least all open tickets of their customer company
    or
  • all customer users should have at least ro access to only all open tickets of their customer company
    or
  • all customer users should have only ro access to at least all open tickets of their customer company
    or
  • all customer users should have only ro access to only all open tickets of their customer company

Hello,
customer have for example two users, one user opened all tickets for customer, and second user want to have ro access to these tickets. I think it can be only open tickets.

customers who have access to "Company Tickets" will have access to all tickets that have the same CustomerID as the seeking Customer, or the customer_ids that the seeking customer has.

Does it matter if the second user has read and write access?
