Upgrade from 4.0.11 to 5.0.1 - Error

Hello,

i've upgraded from OTRS 4.0.11 to 5.0.1 and I'm getting "Internal Server Error" when I click the "Bulk" link. This is what shows up in the log:

Have you tried 5.0.2 ?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database

I've just upgraded to 5.0.2 and it solved my bulk update problem. Thank you for your help.

It means it's not there anymore, and this is likely a custom module, so you'd have to recreate it for v5 or unregister it in SysConfig.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Hello,

Thanks for your help. No more error messagens in the log file regarding missing modules.

I still have one last error on my log file resulting from the version upgrade:

error 	OTRS-otrs.Daemon.pl - Daemon Kernel::System::Daemon::DaemonModules::SchedulerTaskWorker-10 	Data->{Params} format is invalid
Can you help?
