Possible to change ticket name? (phone to incident)

Hey all: I'm wondering if it's possible to change the name of the Phone ticket? I'd like change it to "Incident" instead of "Phone"

Hi,

you should use Ticket Type for this. But yes, you can rename it.
- change the code
- change the language (http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/develo ... guage-file)
