Agent: Dashbord widgets-how to change the content of widget

I'm wondering if it is possible to change the content of widget placed on dashbord..I'm agent and I can see New Tickets widget: there are some data: rows and columns but without headers..is it possible to manage those columns, I mean add header or add/delete some column? I want to replace one column by the other one and add column headers. Can someone help me and explain how to get this?
There is an option to change numbers of displayed rows, but I need to change columns...

I can see only numbers of ticket to be change.....there is no option to change anything else as shown on my screen....but I saw on your clip it is possible
What could be the problem with that?

your version is to old. Update to 3.3.7

If you have an ancient version of OTRS, look at my ancient post. But better to upgrade and get all the nice bits.
