Dear Crythias

We were configuring the Process management in our 3.3.7 version of OTRS helpdesk. Everything is working fine expect that we are not able to map the Article type dynamic field objects in the Activity Dialogs. During the creation of Process it is allowing me to add such objects but when we generate any new process ticket it stops at the activity in which the activity dialog has article type dynamic field object with this error.

So is it like we cannot add any article type object in the Process management or I am missing a configuration or it is a bug.....Pls help!!! :(

With humble respect, I am not the only person who is able to respond to your request, and you may do yourself a disservice asking for my opinion if I am no longer responding on this board.

Per your request, I am not currently personally familiar enough with Process Management to provide a valid response with respect to your post. Among other things, I wouldn't expect to be able to add an article dynamic field to a process out of the box, though I do see it being listed as choice.

Submit a bug report. http://bugs.otrs.org
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

If anyone else who can help and even I am not able to see the project related fields in the Ticket under free text field where we can map project id to a ticket.
