Good Morning.
I am new to OTRS and I am successfully installed and configured the OTRS. But one thing observed from this is, through customer URL , no customer is able to create new ticket, where as as an agent able to create phone and email tickets.
Whenever trying to create a new ticket through customer URL, after clicking on submit button, cursor is moving to subject line.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,
you may want to amend the Frontend properties in the Framework section for Customers (sysconfig) - here you can also individualize the look and feel of the Customer Frontend - and choose the options shown for new Tickets (Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew) - we had to show type and subject in order to make it work.
