i have the system only for use of the agent and I assign them a password for security and do not want to change.

assign ... a password for security. I don't even know how that's a security thing. Of course, you can change it at any time as admin, and changing the password isn't destructive.

If you insist, set the password to read-only in Config.pm User Map.
But then you can't change it, either, so ...

sorry, but i ispell is installed and change in SysConfig -- SpellCheckerDictDefault in spanish, all ok but I make an analysis shows that ended correctly uncorrected words, that would be missing?

Edit Config Settings in Framework -> Core::SpellChecker
type the word "spanish" where you see the word "english"

check /usr/lib/ispell/*.aff for valid values.

thanks for your answer, but I already have that option spanish enabled in SpellCheckerDictDefault and in /usr/lib/ispell/ I have the following:
